● Eat more fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients and fiber, which helps keep you satiated and satisfied for longer. Try to include at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day in your diet.






Choose complex carbohydrates: Complex carbohydrates, such as whole wheat bread, brown rice, and oatmeal, are digested more slowly by the body, which helps keep your blood sugar levels stable and prevent hunger spikes.
